Technician Context Menu
You can invoke the Technician context menu, by clicking the ellipses displayed on hovering over the name of any displayed technician, as shown in the following screenshot.
 | • On hovering over any team / territory / technician, color used for highlighting is based on a user setting (Configure Technician View > Calendar tab). • Show Route option is not shown in the Technician Context Menu when you hide the Map. |
The following functionality is supported from the context menu:
• Show Route plots the daily route of the technician in the map.
• Show Record opens the technician record in a new browser window.
