ServiceMax Standard Community Plus License
A new permission set is created for Community users called ServiceMax Standard Community Plus. This permission set allows the following Community users to access various ServiceMax features:
• Customer Community
• Customer Community Plus
As a pre-requisite, both SET003 (Module: Common; SubModule: User License Provisioning) set to True, and the ServiceMax User checkbox must be selected on the user record.
This permission set allows access to the following features:
• Wizard Delivery
• SFM Delivery
• Output Document Delivery
• Checklist Delivery
• SFM Custom Actions
• Manage Technicians SFM (Technician Management Console)
• Timesheets-Entries and Summary
• Entitlement Check
• Installed Product Configuration
• SLA Clock
• DC HTML5
• SFM Search
• Technical Attributes
• View IB Technical Attributes History

• Minimum Read access is provided for necessary configurational objects, such as Location, Installed Products, and Work Order objects.
• Administrators must explicitly provide the Edit permission to transactional objects and fields for the users.
• Administrators must grant Community Users API access through the API Enabled permission.
• Additionally, the API Enabled permission allows the user API access through any client such as the Data Loader, Salesforce1, Salesforce for Outlook, or the Force.com Migration Tool.
