This refers to the SFM transaction definition details cached by SFM Delivery Engine at the browser level on initial load an SFM transaction. The information cached includes SFM page layout details, object and field labels, custom labels, and picklist values. The cache helps in faster loading of SFM Delivery screens.

This cache is automatically refreshed on launch of SFM Delivery screen, whenever there is any change in the SFM transaction definition. However, if there are any changes in Salesforce such as object / field definition or translation, it needs to be refreshed manually by clicking the Clear ServiceMax Cache icon in the top right corner of the SFM Delivery screen.
