Note:Save button is hidden and custom button Activate is used instead. Activate button click invokes web service that activates the contract and creates PM Plans for all the PM Offering records associated with Service Contract by using future invocation based on setting SCON001_SET007.

Cancel Service Contract

Note:Save button is hidden and custom button Cancel Contract is used instead. Cancel Contract button click invokes web service that cancels the Contract by updating Active, Canceled By, and Canceled On fields, and by optionally canceling all the associated, active PM Plans and Work Orders, based on configuration settings.
