Schedule & Notifications Tab
In this tab, configure the schedule for creating the selected metrics. The configuration options in this tab are the same for all the metrics, but configurable individually for each metric. However, if any metric has multiple configurations, the same schedule & notifications apply to all the multiple configurations.
Additionally, this tab includes a Run Now link, which can be clicked to generate the metric immediately. This can be used to test the metric configuration, without waiting for the scheduled time.
The screenshot below shows the Schedule & Notifications tab with a Weekly schedule:
1. Define the schedule to create SPMobject records:
a. Time Zone: Time zone associated with the scheduled date time.
b. Period: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
c. Create Schedule On: Choose the day(s) of the week on which SPM records must be created, for the Weekly schedule.
d. Day: Day of the month on which SPM records must be created, for the Monthly schedule.
e. At: Time at which the scheduler should run to create SPM records.
 | This is the time at which the scheduled job is queued; the actual time depends on the Salesforce platform. |
2. Run Now: You can click this link to generate the selected metric immediately.
3. Send success notifications to this email address: Specify the email id (maximumof80characters) to which emails must be sent about the successful run of the SPM record creation scheduler. Error notifications are also sent to this email address.
