Service Performance Metrics Setup Screen
You can use this ServiceMax Setup home page option under the Service Performance Metrics group to manage the Service Performance Metrics configuration.
You can define/edit the setup from this configuration screen, and can also check the execution status of related scheduled jobs. To know how the metrics are calculated from these configurations, see section Metrics Calculation.
From any tab, you can do the following:
Go back to the Service Max Setup home page, by clicking Back To Setup Home displayed at the top left.
Click the Save button, to save the unsaved changes related to metric definition or schedule & notifications for the selected metric.
Click the Cancel button, to discard the unsaved changes for the selected metric.
Click the name of a metric in the left pane, to manage the setup of that metric.
The Service Performance Metrics Set up Screen has two sub-tabs- Business Process Config tab and the Metrics tab. You need to use the Business Process Config tab to select the business process level based on which you want to measure the service performance. The Metrics tab enables you to configure the settings for each metric.
