Fields to be considered for Repeat Visit
Choose one or more of Account, Location, and Installed Product as the work order attributes based on which Repeat Visits should be matched with their primary visits.
Account and Location matching are based on the managed ServiceMax fields Account and Site.
Installed Product matching is based on matching the Top Level field value if it is not blank, or matching the Top Level field value of the work order’s Component field value.
Work Order
Reference to Primary Work Order
Choose Yes if a work order must have reference to the primary work order, in order for it to be considered as a repeat visit. Choose No, if primary work order reference is not mandatory.
Work Order
Repeat Visit Timeframe
Choose the time frame within which a subsequent visit must happen, for it to be considered a repeat visit. Available options are 7, 14, and 30 days.
