Multiple SLAs and Entitlement
Each service or maintenance contract can have only one SLA. However, you can associate different SLAs with covered products and covered locations. If a contract has the covered products and locations with SLAs, and SET006 (Module: Entitlement Verification > Submodule: Work Order Entitlement VF) is set to Product or Location line level and Match Location, the following logic is used to decide which SLA should be considered.
