Note: This is a multi-source SFM Transaction. The sub-process invoked by this primary transaction is Create Preventive Maintenance Plan From PM Template (CR_PM_FromTemplate).

This has After Save/Insert web service to calculate PM Plan Details, which include PM Coverage for all the Installed Products which are defined as Covered Products of the Contract and next PM Schedule records.

Create Service Contract Renewal Note: Save button is hidden and custom button Renew Contract is used instead. Renew Contract button click invokes web service that renews the Contract and duplicates all its child records, using background execution of SFM transaction 'Create Service Contract Renewal2'. The SFM transaction invoked in the background is determined by the value of group configuration setting SET007 - Background SFM Process for contract renewal under module Service Contract, submodule Service Contract Renewal VF.
