When a Work Order event is created in Dispatch Console through single / multi assignment (depends on the value of group configuration setting SET057), the event subject is set based on the Configuring Event Subject Rules configured. The delimiter between field values is the value of custom label DCON001_TAG225. If any of the fields has a blank value, it is skipped. If the event subject is longer than 80 characters, saving of event fails with the error Event subject is too long and needs to be edited to shorten it (editing is allowed if the group configuration setting SET037 is True). When there are two or more rules, the rules are matched based on the defined sequence, with the first matching rule being applied.
