Getting Started with Dispatch Console
To get started with the exploration of Dispatch Console, set up the following master and business data:
1. Create a Service Team with two active technicians.
2. Associate the two technicians with two Salesforce Users or select the checkbox Enable Scheduling.
3. Add yourself as Dispatcher to the above Service Team.
4. Create a couple of work orders.
5. For the technicians and work orders, specify valid address details. Click Validate Address to populate latitude and longitude.
