Dispatch Console Views configuration screen enables configuring a list of Work Order / Account / Location records satisfying given criteria, with the provision to configure fields to be displayed. These views can be defined for use in Work Order Grid, Dispatch Console Map, or both. These views make it possible to define additional filter criteria to limit the work orders displayed in Dispatch Console to only the required records, as it is not possible to do so with Work Order queues. For Work Order Views, the additional filter option named Filter By Owner is available.
