Defaults
The following table provides the details of default values for each field in the New Event window and related behavior. The values of configuration settings are defined by ServiceMax admin. These settings are available under Module: Dispatch Management > Submodule: Dispatch Console Flex, unless mentioned otherwise in the setting details.

This field is not directly editable. However, it can be changed by just clicking the name of any other technician in the tree.

One of the following values: - Value based on any applicable Event Subject Rule - Work Order Number, if there is no matching Event Subject Rule
Whether Subject is editable or not depends on the value of group configuration setting SET037.
Arrive
Drop time, rounded off based on the value of group configuration setting SET011

Whether this event component is displayed or not depends on the value of group configuration setting SET003 under module Dispatch Management, submodule Event Management.
Break Time

Whether this event component is displayed or not depends on the value of group configuration setting SET004 under module Dispatch Management, submodule Event Management. This is a read-only field and there is no OOTB functionality related to this field.
All day event
On first time launch of the event window: it is Unchecked. Second and subsequent launch of the event window: As per the previous selection, done during the creation or edit of any Work Order or non-Work Order event. This selection is persisted across sessions based on the user setting. The persisted value is applied as default for both Salesforce and ServiceMax events.

Checkbox is not displayed for new events.
The checkbox is displayed with current technician name, if the dragged & dropped work order has one or more existing events for a different technician.

This checkbox is displayed only when checkbox Update primary technician (currently:) is checked.
