Configuring Checklist
1. To enable Checklist, perform the following:
a. Go to ServiceMax Setup > App Administration > Configuration Profiles.
b. Enable the global setting in module Common> Global Settings>GBL029 - Enable Checklist Capabilities for the active ServiceMax org-wide profile.
c. Go to ServiceMax Setup > Mobile & Offline > Mobile Configuration and select the profile.
d. Click Edit.
e. Go to Other Settings> Checklists and select Enable Checklists checkbox. This downloads the checklists assigned to your group-profile onto your mobile device.
f. In addition, you can select Download Completed checklists and Download In-progress checklists checkboxes to download the completed and in-progress checklists, respectively.
2. Go to ServiceMax Setup> Mobile & Offline > SFM Mobile Permissions to assign the SFM Checklists processes you need to your group profile.
3. Create an active SFM Wizard for the object on which the checklist was created.
4. Perform a Config Sync followed by a Data Sync or a Reset App on the ServiceMax Go app. This downloads the checklists related configurations, meta-data, and data for the first time. All checklists assigned to your ServiceMax group profile will be available on your device post the sync under the Actions menu of the record's view process.
