Assigning Permissions
Business administrator and end user capabilities are driven by the permissions assigned to the respective user profiles. User-profile level permissions determine which users can perform which part of the work plan execution workflows. You can create permission sets for different types of users and define the object and field-level permissions in those permission sets and assign different permission sets to different user profiles to drive the privileges. For example, administrator and planners can revise service tasks, whereas service engineers can only update the service tasks or mark them complete.
