You can use the Copilot in a ServiceMax org to find information quickly and easily. You can also launch the ServiceMax Copilot chat in the Go and Zinc apps.

You can navigate to any of these object records on either Go or with Zinc Chatbot and get assistance. You can ask any question about the record you have launched. For example, you can ask the SLA of a work order, or the business hours of a location.
