Managing AI Actions
You can use the AI Actions page to manage the lifecycle of AI actions in the AI Console. From this page, you can create new actions, update existing ones, duplicate actions for reuse, and remove actions that are no longer required. These capabilities help ensure that available AI actions remain accurate, consistent, and aligned with your business needs. You can perform the following tasks on the AI Actions page.
• Defining a New Action — Define new actions to configure custom AI actions.
• Editing an Action — Modify the name of an existing AI Action and its associated AI instructions after the actions have been created.
• Cloning AI Actions — Duplicate existing AI Actions within the AI Console and save it without creating a new AI Action.
• Deleting an Action — Delete any AI action from the AI console to ensure the available actions are correct and dependable.
