Editing an AI Action
Modify the AI action name and update its AI instructions after the actions have been created. This editing function is used to make changes to correct typographical errors, apply updated terminology, or distinguish similar actions used in different service workflows.
To edit AI actions, perform the following steps.
1. Navigate to ServiceMax Setup > ServiceMax AI > ServiceMax AI Console.
The ServiceMax AI Console is launched.
2. On the sidebar, select ServiceMax AI > AI Actions.
The AI Actions page displays all configured AI actions.
3. Select the AI action to be updated.
4. In the Action Name field, enter the new name.
5. In the AI Instructions field, update the instructions, and then click Add.
The updated name and instructions appear in the items list and await synchronization.
6. Click Save.
The changes are saved and synchronized.
