Viewing Expressions List
The application provides the option to view the list of expressions in one place. The expressions are sorted alphabetically by their names from A to Z, by default.
To view the expression list, navigate to Service Process Manager > Expression. The following screen displays the list of expressions:
You can perform the following actions:
• Search Expression: To search for the required expression, enter the keywords in the search box. The search result from the Expression Name, Object, and Developer Name columns related to the keyword is displayed.Searching Expressions
• Sort Expression List: To sort the list by any column, click the respective column heading. It also displays the number of records.
The following table provides details about the columns:
Column Name | Description |

Expression Name | Displays the name of the expression with a link to view the details about it. |
Object | Displays the object on which the expression is created. |
Developer Name | Displays a unique name given by the admin to the expressions. |
Last Modified Date | Displays the date and time when the expression was updated last time. This date and time are based on your locale. |
Last Modified By | Displays the name of the person who updated the expression last time. |
Actions | Displays a drop-down with the following actions you can perform for the expression: • Edit: To edit the expression • Clone: To clone or copy the expression • Configuration Usage: To check where the specific expression is used • Delete: To delete the expression |
