Service Process Manager
Service Process Manager (SPM) is a robust set of tools for business admins to build and scale service business processes. SPM includes the following tools that are available within the Salesforce Flow framework:
Wizards: Allows business admins to configure steps in a dynamic fashion (based on record state changes) and enables them to create a business process by combining various steps or flows.
Transactions: Allows business admins to define a business process by leveraging configurable screens, object mappings, expressions, and advanced lookup filters.
Object Mapping: Allows business admins to map data between two objects in such a way that the defined object can be leveraged within a flow.
Expressions: Allows business admins to create expressions on objects easily and leverage them in use cases across the business process.
Screens: Allows business admins to seamlessly create visual experiences (forms and lists) in a singular or related manner. It allows for an easy selection of fields from configured objects and makes it possible to embed these experiences within a flow.
SPM Settings: SPM settings drive the organizational level attributes which can be configured based on business needs.
Service Process Manager reduces the effort to build and support asset-centric business processes because it:
Provides no-code configuration tools and components to build and maintain complex processes.
Prescribes multi-step business processes to modify complex workflows as processes evolve instantly.
Lowers deployment time by reducing customizations and allows business admins to build the business process.
Improves adoption by reducing clicks, contextual screen switches, and advanced data filters.
