Viewing Entitlement Rules List
The application provides the option to view the list of entitlement rules in one place. The entitlement rules are sorted as per the execution order.
To view the entitlement rules list, perform the following steps:
1. Log in to Asset 360 with your credentials.
2. From the left navigation pane, click Entitlement > Automatic Rules. The list of entitlement rules is displayed.

The application allows you to perform the following actions from the drop-down list:
Actions
Purpose
New Rule
To create a rule for a case, work order, or return orders, click New Rule, and select the required object from the drop-down. Click the Create Entitlement section for more details.
Navigating to object-specific rules
To get the respective object's entitlement rules, click the tabs from Cases, Work Orders, or Return Orders.
Search Rules
To search for the required entitlement rule, enter the keywords in the search box. The search result from the Rule Name column related to the keyword is displayed. Click the Search Entitlement Rule section for more details.
Re-Order
To re-order the execution of rules, click Re-Order. Click the Re-Order section for more details.
Show inactive Toggle
To view the list of inactive rules, click the toggle button. By default, it is turned off. Inactive rules do not participate in the reordering of entitlement execution.
The following table provides details about the columns:
Column Name
Description
Order
Displays the execution sequence number against each entitlement rule.
Rule Name
Displays the name of the entitlement rule with a link to view the details about it.
Description
Displays a brief description of the entitlement rule.
Active
Displays the status of the rule, whether it is active or inactive.
Actions
Displays a drop-down with the following actions you can perform for the entitlement rule:
Edit: To edit the entitlement rule
Clone: To clone or copy the entitlement rule
Delete: To delete the entitlement rule
