Maintenance Plan Processes
As an administrator, you can view, create, and manage maintenance plan processes. This section describes how to create and manage maintenance plan processes.
Using the maintenance plan processes, you can:
• Schedule Run Times/Dates for the Process Engine
• Define mapping of data from the Maintenance Plan and Asset to the Work Orders being created
• Assign what users/queues should own the work orders being created
• Enable detailed process Logging and track the behavior of the engine
To view the maintenance plan processes page, navigate to Setup Home > Maintenance Plan Processing > Maintenance Plan Processes. All the existing maintenance plan processes are displayed in a list view on the Maintenance Plan Processes page.
You can perform the following tasks on this page:
• Create maintenance plan processes
• Edit maintenance plan processes
• Clone maintenance plan processes
• Delete maintenance plan processes
• Run maintenance plan processes
