Prerequisites
1. Populate the Expected Margin % on the Service Contract record.
2. Populate the Expected Margin % on the Product record.
3. Populate the Total Price, Start Date, and End Date for each asset covered by Service Contract.

Revenue
Total revenue generated from the contract.

• It is the total revenue generated for the selected date range. It is the sum of the overall price from the Work Order and the revenue generated from the Contract Line Item.

Total Overall Cost from Work Order
Considers only closed Work Order and Assets entitled by Contract.
Profit/Loss
Revenue - Cost

Renew By
Indicates by how many days the contract is due for renewal
End date - last dashboard execution date
TimePeriod
The date range for which details are viewed
default: 12 months to 1 month ago

Shows actual margin from each Asset
Actual Margin = (Total Revenue - Total Cost) /Total Revenue
Actual Margins(%) By Year
Shows year-on-year actual margin details
• Shows margin generated year on year

• The average actual margin for the total contract period

Shows total cost split by the type of work
