Asset Age Score
|
The Asset Age value is determined based on its age compared to the manufactured defined total and optimal age.

Life Time Penetration (till the current date)
|
The Life Time Penetration value is determined based on the assets that are under warranty or contract during their lifetime.

Operating Environment
|
The Operating Environment value is calculated based on the Asset Age Score and Life Time Penetration values. The values can be any one of the following:
• Optimal
• Standard
• Sub-Optimal

Maintenance Score/ Count
|
The maintenance Score or Count value is determined by the number of Work Orders that meet the following criteria:
• The Status field is Complete, and
• The Maintenance Plan field is not null
The Maintenance Score or Count is applicable for the individual Asset only.
