Specifying the folder in which rich text template files are stored

Working With Model Items and Diagrams > Working with model items > Working with rich text > Working with rich text templates > Specifying the folder in which rich text template files are stored

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.

2. Click the Rich Text entry.

3. In the Templates Directory box, type the path of the required folder, or select the required folder through the Browse button.

4. Click OK.

If you want many users to share the same rich text templates, chose a folder on your network. The network must support long file names and each user requires write access to the shared folder.
