Creating a variant
You can create a Variant through any diagram or a Modeler pane.
To create a variant through a diagram:
1. Open the diagram on which you want to create the Variant.
2. On the Variant Diagram or Variability toolbar, click the Variant button, and then click in free space on the diagram.
3. Type the name of the Variant, and then press the Enter key.
4. If you want to create a variability parameter for the Variant, see Creating a parameter for a variant.
To create a variant through a Modeler pane:
1. In an appropriate Modeler pane, right-click the Package or Model in which you want to create the Variant, point to New, point to Variability, and then click Variant.
2. Type the name of the Variant, and then press the Enter key.
