Adding an existing variant to a diagram
You can add an existing Variant to a diagram in the following ways:
By dragging the Variant to the diagram.
Through the Variant toolbar button.
Through the Add > Variant command from the diagram background.
To add an existing variant to a diagram through a drag-and-drop operation:
1. Open the diagram to which you want to add a Variant.
2. In an appropriate Modeler pane, locate the Variant that you want to add to the diagram.
3. Drag the Variant from the Modeler pane to the diagram.
To add an existing variant to a diagram through the variant toolbar button:
1. Open the diagram to which you want to add a Variant.
2. On the Variant Diagram or Variability toolbar, click the Variant button, and then right-click in free space on the diagram.
3. From the Select Object dialog, select the Variant that you want to add to the diagram, and then click OK.
To add an existing variant to a diagram through the diagram background:
1. Open the diagram to which you want to add a Variant.
2. Right-click the diagram background, point to Add, and then click Variant.
3. From the Select Object dialog, select the Variant that you want to add to the diagram, and then click OK.
