Use Creo View ECAD Validate to manage design differences and incremental design changes:

View transactions, the results of a comparison performed by the Creo View ECAD Compare tool. Update the transactions’ status and add comments. You can collaborate with Creo Parametric and Creo View to visualize and evaluate transactions. Save the comparison results in an IDX file.

You can use Creo View ECAD Validate as a standalone client or in conjunction with Windchill. In Windchill you can view transactions for files saved to the workspace or the commonspace.
