Example: Workflow for Creo View ECAD Validate
1. Perform an ECAD Compare operation in Creo View. Creo View ECAD Validate opens with the results.
2. Save the results as an IDX file.
3. Under Transaction Summary, select the transaction categories to include in the review.
4. Under Transaction List, select a transaction to analyze.
5. Under Transaction Attributes, examine the details of the transaction.
6. Under Transaction History, examine the results of the transaction as reviewed by other users.
7. Set your other software tools to receive messages from Creo View ECAD Validate:
◦ Creo View—Collaboration mode
◦ Creo Parametric—ECX Mode
8. Send messages to Creo Parametric or Creo View ECAD to visualize the transaction:
9. Declare a new status for a transaction.
10. Under Active Note, add notes to the transaction.
11. Save your changes to an IDX file.
