The Print Preview window displays formatted document pages.

Links in the previewed document are active. If you click on a link, such as in the table of contents, index, or a cross reference, Preview displays the linked page. Clicking on the linked page will return you to the original link.
If you are using Arbortext Publishing Engine for publishing documents, the print preview process is performed on the Arbortext Publishing Engine server. A formatted file is returned to the Print Preview window when publishing is completed. You can then print to a locally available printer.
