Determining Item Position in the Print Preview Window
You can determine the exact location of any individual point in the Print Preview window and use this feature to measure items and calculate distances on the page.
2. Place the intersection of the cursor lines on the data element whose position you wish to determine and hold down the left mouse button.
Dotted line guides will display on the screen, connecting the specified position with the left and top Print Preview window rulers.
3. To determine the distance between points on the displayed page, position the cursor on one object, and drag the cursor to the other object. The position of the first object and the relative distance to the second object, is displayed on the status bar.
