Select Stylesheets Dialog Box
Use the settings in the Select Stylesheets dialog box to choose the appropriate stylesheets for Editor view, and HTML, HTML Help, Print, PDF, and web outputs.
This dialog box contains the following options:
Currently selected stylesheets — Lists the specific stylesheets that have been selected for specific output.
Selected for — displays the following:
Editor/Default — The stylesheet is used to display the document in the Editor view. Arbortext Styler (.style) stylesheets, and FOSIs are valid stylesheets for Editor view. This stylesheet is also used, by default, for any other output types possible. For example, if your Default stylesheet is a .style file, it can be used by all of the types of output available.
Print/PDF — The stylesheet you select is used to produce print or PDF output when you choose File > Print or File > Publish > PDF File. Arbortext Styler (.style), PTC ALD (.3f), XSL-FO, and FOSI stylesheets are valid stylesheets for print and PDF output.
HTML File — The stylesheet you select is used to produce HTML output when you choose File > Publish > HTML File or File > Save as HTML. The selected stylesheet can also be used by web browsers to display your document. Arbortext Styler (.style), FOSI, and XSL stylesheets are valid stylesheets for HTML File output.
HTML Help — The stylesheet you select is used to produce HTML Help output when you choose File > Publish > For HTML Help. Arbortext Styler (.style) and XSL stylesheets written for the purpose of creating HTML Help are valid stylesheets. You can export XSL-HTML Help stylesheets from Arbortext Styler.
Web — The stylesheet you select is used to produce web output when you choose File > Publish > For Web. Arbortext Styler (.style) stylesheets and XSL stylesheets written for the purpose of creating Web content are valid stylesheets. You can export XSL-Web stylesheets from Arbortext Styler.
RTF — The stylesheet you select is used to produce RTF output when you choose File > Publish > RTF File. Arbortext Styler (.style) stylesheets and XSL stylesheets written for the purpose of creating RTF output are valid stylesheets. You can export XSL-FO RTF stylesheets from Arbortext Styler.

Title — Displays the title of the selected stylesheet.
Path/URL — Displays the following:
If the stylesheet file name is preceded by the (pe) notation, the stylesheet is located on the Arbortext PE server, and only its file name will be displayed.
If you are not publishing using Arbortext Publishing Engine, the stylesheet is displayed using a path and file name.
If the stylesheet is displayed using a URL, it's available to both Arbortext Editor and Arbortext Publishing Engine.
Association — Indicates whether or not the stylesheet specified in the Path column has been associated with the current document for a particular output.
Yes — The currently selected stylesheet has been associated with the active document. Whenever this document is opened, the specified stylesheet will be used for the specified output.
None — There is no stylesheet associated with the active document for the specific output.
Other — A different stylesheet has been associated with the active document for the specific output, one that is not currently selected.
Set to Default and Set to None — If the selected output can use the stylesheet that has been assigned to Editor/Default, use this button to assign that Default stylesheet to that output. If the selected output cannot use the Default stylesheet (as in the combination of a .fos Default stylesheet and HTML Help output), then this button can be used to set the selection to None.
Modify — Opens the Modify Stylesheet Selection Dialog Box for the selected output. Use this dialog box to select a specific stylesheet for a specific output. You can also add a stylesheet association to the active document if you want a stylesheet to always be used for a particular output.
Delete Association — If an association to a selected stylesheet exists, this button will be enabled. Click the button to delete the association.
Close — Applies changes and closes the dialog box.
