To Edit a Chamfer
1. Select the chamfer surface. A Live Toolbar and a dragger with a handle appears along the selected edge.
2. Click
on the Live Toolbar or drag the linear draggers to open an Options Toolbar.
Alternatively, do the following:
a. Click
Home and then, click the arrow next to
Chamfers.
b. Click
Edit Chamfer and select the chamfer surface. An Options Toolbar opens.
3. Expand the Options Toolbar to open a Floating Dashboard.
4. Select or clear the Chain check box depending on whether you want to propagate the edited chamfer to a chain of tangent edges.
5. To edit the chamfer type of the selected edge, select an alternate type from the Type panel.
If you have selected Angle x D, a circular dragger appears.
6. Pull the linear or the circular draggers to create the chamfer. Alternatively, type a value for the offset distance in the text box. If you have selected D1 x D2 or Angle x D in step 4, specify two offset distance values in the D1, D2 or Angle boxes.
7. To delete interfering rounds and chamfers, select theRemove interfering rounds and chamfers check box.
8. Clear the Attach geometry check box to consider the chamfer surface as a quilt. This check box is selected by default and the chamfer feature as a solid that intersects the existing geometry, is created.
9. Select the Create end surfaces check box to join all chamfer piece ends of the chamfer feature and create an end surface.

10. Middle-click to complete the operation.
