Supplied FMEA Modes Library Files
Several FMEA Modes Library files are supplied with the FMEA module. These files, which are described in the table below, are found in the Supplied folder on the Windchill Risk and Reliability application server. For more information, see Supplied Files. Each of these files includes failure modes for part types supported by that particular standard as well as failure modes for general part types. Descriptions of FMEA part types appear in FMEA Modes Parts. Descriptions of general part types appear in General Part Categories and Subcategories.
Modes Library File
Description

When you open a Project in the Project Properties window, you can copy any or all of the supplied FMEA Modes Library files into your Project so that they are searched for part matches. You can also copy these files into the Common Library and then enable them for use in multiple Projects. For more information, see Copying a Team File into a Project.
