The toolbar contains the following menu options for performing operations in the DocStudio view and edit mode:

Add to Cross-cutting Perspective: Available in DocStudio view mode. For more information refer to the topic Creating a New Cross-Cutting Perspective.

Insert Content: Available in DocStudio edit mode. Insert Content option lets you insert a new node in the document structure. For more information, refer to the topic Editing the Document Structure.

Delete Content: Available in DocStudio edit mode. You can use the Delete Content option to delete an existing node from the document structure. For more information, refer to the topic Editing the Document Structure.

Move/Copy: Available in DocStudio edit mode. Use the Move/Copy option to reorganize the document structure. For more information, refer to the topic Editing the Document Structure.

Toggle Reference Mode: Available in DocStudio view and edit mode, you can use the Toggle Reference Mode option to toggle the reference mode from Share to Reuse and vice-versa. The Toggle Reference Mode option cannot be used on multiple nodes or nodes that have Reference Mode as Author or Version. This option is also not available for included or inserted documents.

Clear: Available in DocStudio view and edit mode, the Clear drop-down menu has two options:

Find: Available in DocStudio view and edit mode. Using the Find option you can search for a specific string in the content pane. For more information, refer to the topic Finding the content in DocStudio.
