Finding the content in DocStudio
Use the Find option to search for a string in the content. The following search rules apply when searching the content pane:
• The search is not case-sensitive.
• The search works on the exact phrase given in the Find option.
• The search works on the columns that are displayed in the content pane except the Section column.
• The search works on the content that is available in the current view. The number of items available for search are displayed in the Find option.
• The search results display the matching content in the OUTLINE and content panes, with their corresponding checkboxes also selected. The nodes in the OUTLINE pane that are not a part of the search results are grayed out.
• An error message is displayed when you click a cross reference in the search results. This happens if the target item does not exist or is not available in the search results.
