What’s New in ThingWorx Utilities 9.4.0
ThingWorx Software Content Management
Assigning Priority to Deployments
In ThingWorx Software Content Management (SCM), you can assign a priority to a deployment. When the deployments are ready to be started, they are deployed based on the priorities assigned. For more information, see Deployment Priority.
Filtering Assets
In ThingWorx SCM, you can associate an asset type (such as, Thing Template) while creating a package. The Find Packages screen has been enhanced to allow filtering based on the asset type. For more information, see Find Packages.
After package deployment, you can filter the list of assets by asset name, asset status, or deployment start or end dates. The View Assets For Deployment screen enables you to carry out a detailed asset search with the help of a secondary filter, which has the option of filtering asset properties. For more information, see View Assets for Deployment.
Advanced Asset Search
In ThingWorx SCM, you can now use the new Enhance Asset Search screen. This will enable you to carry out a detailed Asset search with the help of a secondary filter which gives the option of selecting a condition for the filter, setting a value to it, and also selecting the assets prior to deployment.
Reduced Dependencies
In ThingWorx SCM, the dependencies on utl-connector-util.zip and utl-core.zip are partially reduced, as they are replaced by similar logic or moved to the ThingWorx SCM code. This change will enhance the performance and security of ThingWorx SCM.
