Add Checklist to Card
Use the Add Checklist to Card action to add the specified checklist to an existing card.
Complete the following steps to use the Add Checklist to Card action in your workflow:
1. Drag the Add Checklist to Card action under Trello to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click or double-click the action. The Add Checklist to Card window opens.
2. Edit the Label, if needed. By default, the label name is the same as the action name.
3. To add a Trello connector type, refer to Supported Trello Connector Types.
If you previously added a connector type, select the appropriate Connector Type, and under Connector Name, select the connector.
4. Click TEST to validate the connector.
5. Click MAP CONNECTOR to execute the action using a connector that is different from the one that you are using to populate the input fields. In the Runtime Connector field, provide a valid Trello connector name. For more information about MAP CONNECTOR, see Using Map Connector.
6. In the Board ID field, select or specify the ID of the board under which the card is created.
7. In the List ID field, select or specify the ID of the list in which the card is created.
8. In the Card ID field, select or specify the ID of the card under which you want to create the checklist.
9. In the Checklist Name field, provide the name of the checklist.
10. Under the Copy Checklist from section, do the following:
a. In the Board ID list, select the ID of the board from which you want to copy the checklist.
b. In the List ID list, select the ID of the list from which you want to copy the checklist.
c. In the Card ID list, select ID of the card from which you want to copy the checklist.
d. In the Checklist ID list, select the ID of the checklist from which you want to copy check items to the new checklist.
11. Click Show additional fields.
12. Under the Check Items group, click Add, and do the following:
a. In the Check Item Name field, provide the check item name that you want to copy to the new checklist.
b. In the State list, select Complete if you want the check item to be marked as complete while creating it; otherwise select Incomplete. The default is set to Incomplete.
Click Add to add multiple check items. Click to delete any check item that you added.
If you do not enter any check items, by default, all check items are copied to the new checklist.
13. Click Done.
