Supported ServiceMax Connector Types
Add a ServiceMax connector to authorize ThingWorx Flow to execute ServiceMax actions. ThingWorx Flow supports the following connector types for ServiceMax:
OAuth
OAuth (Named User)
OAuth (Session User)
*
Before you create a ServiceMax OAuth connector, ensure that you load ServiceMax OAuths to the ThingWorx Flow server.
Adding an OAuth connector
1. Drag any action under Servicemax to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click or double-click the action.
2. For Connector Type, select OAuth (Named User) or OAuth (Session User).
3. In the ServiceMax list, select Add new ServiceMax login – Named User or Add new ServiceMax login – Session User.
*
If you have not loaded ServiceMax OAuths to the ThingWorx Flow server, this option is not available.
4. In the Parameters window, enter the User Domain, and click ALLOW.
5. Provide your user name and password to log in to your Salesforce account, or click Use Custom Domain to use your custom domain name.
6. Edit the Connector Label, if you want. Labels are case-sensitive. Do not use spaces, special characters, and leading numbers.
7. Click ADD to add the ServiceMax OAuth connector.
