Create Draft
Use the Create Draft action to create a draft in the Gmail account.
Complete the following steps to use the Create Draft action in your workflow:
1. Drag the
Create Draft action under
Gmail to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click
or double-click the action. The Create Draft window opens.
2. Edit the Label, if needed. By default, the label name is the same as the action name.
If you previously added a connector type, select the appropriate Connector Type, and under Connector Name, select the connector.
4. Click TEST to validate the connector.
5. Click
MAP CONNECTOR to execute the action using a connector that is different from the one that you are using to populate the input fields. In the
Runtime Connector field, provide a valid Gmail connector name. For more information about

6. In the To field, provide the email of the user to whom you want to send the email. You can add multiple email IDs separated by a new line or separated by a comma.
7. In the Subject field, provide the subject of the email.
8. In the Body Type list, select the body type of the email as one of the following:
◦ Text
◦ HTML
9. In the Body field, provide the content that you want to include in the body of the email.
10. Click Show additional fields.
11. In the Cc field, provide the email ID of the user that you want to Cc the email. You can add multiple email IDs separated by a new line or separated by a comma.
12. In the Bcc field, provide the email of the user that you want to Bcc the email. You can add multiple email IDs separated by a new line or separated by a comma.
13. In the From Name field, provide the sender’s name that you want to display next to the email ID.
14. Under Attachments, click Add, and in the File Path field, provide a public URL or map an output of a previous action to provide a file. This file is added as an attachment to the draft email.
Click
Add to attach multiple attachments. Click
to delete any attachments that you added.
15. Click Done.
