Supported Gitlab Connector Types
Add a Gitlab connector type to authorize ThingWorx Flow to execute Gitlab actions. ThingWorx Flow supports the following connector types for Gitlab:
◦ OAuth (Named User)
◦ OAuth (Session User)

Before you create a Gitlab OAuth connector, ensure that you load Gitlab OAuths to the ThingWorx Flow server.

Adding an OAuth connector
1. Drag any action under
Gitlab to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click
or double-click the action.
2. For Connector Type, select OAuth (Named User) or OAuth (Session User).
3. In the Gitlab OAuth list, select Add new Gitlab login – Named User or Add new Gitlab login – Session User.
| If you have not loaded Gitlab OAuths to the ThingWorx Flow server, this option is not available. |
4. Review access permissions, and click Allow.
5. Provide your user name and password to log in to Gitlab.
6. Edit the Connector Label, if you want. Labels are case-sensitive. Do not use spaces, special characters, and leading numbers.
7. Click ADD to add the Gitlab OAuth connector.
Adding a Token connector
1. Drag any action under
Gitlab to the canvas, place the pointer on the action, and then click
or double-click the action.
2. For Connector Type, select Token.
3. In the Gitlab Token list, select Add New.
4. Edit the Connector Label field, if you want. Labels are case-sensitive. Do not use spaces, special characters, and leading numbers.
5. In the Private Token field, enter the token to authenticate the connection.
6. Click ADD to add the Gitlab Token connector.
