1. Before you can install a Servigistics InService Offline system you must first configure the installer so that all Servigistics InService Offline systems point to the main server. You must also define whether the offline system is to be a Dealer or Customer type of offline system. For more information see Configuring the Installer.

2. Set the Primary DNS Suffix on the offline system. Servigistics InService cannot be installed on an offline machine that does not already have a Primary DNS Suffix assigned to it. For more information see Setting the Primary DNS Suffix.

3. Install the Servigistics InService application. For more information see Configuring the Servigistics InService Offline Environment.

4. Activate the application and register the Service Group member user groups. This information is provided within the Dealership Activation Package.

5. Once the first data packet has been generated on the server side, download the packet and using the Synchronize page initiate the loading process.

6. Login and synchronize Carts.
