An offline Servigistics InService system can be any machine that is not continuously connected to a Servigistics InService server. Often these systems are referred to as disconnected environments. For example, laptops used by field technicians.

The installation and configuration of a Servigistics InService Offline system must be done on both the Servigistics InService server, and on the various Servigistics InService Offline systems which are then used to connect to the server.

Data packages can only be loaded within two systems that have the same Servigistics InService software version. If you have updated Servigistics InService to a more recent version and would still like to transfer data that was gathered using a previous version of the software, then you must first migrate the data to the updated version
