Migrating to Go App
The section is used to check the preparedness of a customer org including the permission settings to migrate from the Field Service Application (FSA) to the ServiceMax Go app. The intended audience includes System Administrators of customer orgs, Implementation consultants, Implementation Partners of ServiceMax, and IT teams managing ServiceMax rollouts.
The following Field Service Applications can be migrated to the respective ServiceMax Go applications:
• Field Service Application for iPad
• Field Service Application for Android Tablets
• Field Service Application for Windows
ServiceMax Go is available on the iOS App Store, Google Play Store, and Microsoft store. ServiceMax Go uses the same mobile configuration and settings used by Field Service Application (iPhones, iPads, Android phones, Windows laptops/tablets). New configuration settings are not required.
