SFM Transaction Manager - SFM Output Document Delivery Engine
1. Navigate to ServiceMax Setup > App Administration > Configuration Profiles.
2. Click Org Profiles tab.
3. Select the Active profile.
4. Click Settings tab.
5. Expand the module and the submodule to view the relevant settings.

If set to Allow, Output Documents with mandatory signatures can be generated in online. With Warn, PDF generation will require confirmation from user. Disallow will block the PDF generation. Any defined target record update will be done on PDF generation.

Show signature capture link in online reports
On web browser you can generate Output Documents with signature(s) when this setting is set to ‘True’. You will see a ‘Click here to sign’ link when signature function is configured in the template and this setting has value true. Default value is ‘False’.
