Troubleshooting Scheduling Analytics Chart Dashlets
In cases where a Scheduling Analytics Chart Dashlet is configured to use a chart that is disabled for your Service Board tenant, when you try to generate a chart, an error message appears, for example:
The Usage Statistics Scheduling Analytics chart is not enabled. Contact ServiceMax Support.
After you contact ServiceMax Support to have the relevant Scheduling Analytics chart enabled, the following error message appears on the Scheduling Analytics Dashboard as follows:
Scheduling Analytics Chart was not generated. Contact your system administrator.
To clear this error message, generate a Scheduling Analytics chart for the Dashlet.
