Troubleshooting Failed Current-Day Optimization Jobs
|
|
Current-Day Optimization is a Production Beta feature in Service Board 25.1.
|
When Current-Day Optimization jobs fail due to data issues during execution, Current-Day Optimization Failed Job records are created. You can view these records to find out how to correct the issues.
To troubleshoot failed Current-Day Optimization jobs:
1. In Max Admin, click > > , and then in the list view, click the record related to the failed job that you want to trouhbleshoot.
2. On the record page, do one of the following:
◦ For records that have the Failed to Start status, on the Overview tab, check the Optimization Result field for details on the source of the error.
◦ For all other types of errors, on the Current-Day Optimization Failed Job tab, in the list, click the record related to the failed job to view more information about the error.
3. Update the field values in the records that caused the job to fail, and then do one of the following:
◦ If the Current-Day Optimization Failed Job record is no longer listed in the tab, run the job again or wait for the next scheduled execution time.
◦ If the record still appears in the tab, re-check the error details and verify that the field values are correctly updated, and then if the Current-Day Optimization Failed Job record is no longer listed in the tab, run the job again or wait for the next scheduled execution time.
4. If another Current-Day Optimization Failed Job record is listed in the Current-Day Optimization Job Run record after the job is automatically or manually executed, repeat the steps in this procedure as needed until the error is resolved.
