Configuring the Maximum Current-Day Optimization Monitor Duration
*
Current-Day Optimization is a Production Beta feature.
Service Board monitors each Current-Day Optimization job for a set amount of time and cancels the job automatically if it runs longer than that limit. When you process large job volumes or complex optimization scenarios, a job can need more time than the default allows. The Maximum Monitor Duration In Minutes operation parameter controls how long, in minutes, Service Board monitors a Current-Day Optimization job before it cancels the job. The default value is 15 minutes.
To configure the maximum Current-Day Optimization monitor duration:
1. Go to InMax Designer > Development Tools > Operation Parameters
2. In the list view, click Maximum Monitor Duration In Minutes.
3. On the record page, on the Overview tab, in the Parameter Value field, enter the number of minutes to monitor a Current-Day Optimization job before cancellation
4. Click Save Operation Parameter and Close.
*
Set a value that reflects your job volume and optimization complexity. A value that is too high can let stalled or inefficient jobs consume system resources longer than necessary. A value that is too low can cancel valid jobs before they finish.
