Troubleshooting Appointment Sync Errors
When Appointments are deleted, and the associated HTTP notifications are not properly synchronized to Salesforce, all subsequent new Appointments created for the Job for which those Appointments were deleted cannot be properly synchronized to Salesforce. When dispatchers encounter this issue, browser and Message Center error notifications instruct them to contact their system administrator whenever they try to create or update related Appointments and Jobs until the failed HTTP notifications for the deletion are resolved.
To troubleshoot Appointment sync errors:
1. In Max Admin, on the System Management () launchpad menu, click HTTP Notifications, and then in the list view, select the Recent HTTP Notifications - Failures view, or any list view.
2. In the Status column, filter for Failure, and then in the Related HTTP Notification Request column, filter for Delete Appointment.
3. In the filtered list, click to open each failed HTTP notification, and then check the Response Status Code, Request Body, and Error Message fields to find and resolve the cause of the issue.
4. In the Status field, click Pending, and then in the top left corner, click Save and Close ().
5. After all failed HTTP notifications for Appointment deletion are successfully synchronized, clear the filters in the Status and Related HTTP Notificationscolumns.
*
If either filter is predefined in your currently selected list view and cannot be cleared, switch to a different list view that has no filters in these columns.
6. In the Related HTTP Notification Request column, filter for Create Appointment, and then in the Not Ready to Send column, filter for Yes.
7. Open each pending HTTP notification, and then in the Processed Count field, update the value to 1.
*
If no list views include the columns you need, either create a new list view or modify an existing view.
In list views with many entries, you can also use the Mass Update feature to reset the Processed Count field value.
8. In the top left corner, click Save and Close ().
