Synchronizing SFDC Queues With Max
To synchronize SFDC queues with Max:
1. On the Salesforce Setup page, in the left pane, click > > , and then on the Queues setup page, click New.
2. On the New Queue page, configure a name and email address for the queue, select supported objects, and specify the users you want to include, and then save the new queue.
3. Create a Work Order and assign it to the owner of the newly created queue, and then sync the queue to Max.
4. In Max Admin, click > . and then in the Jobs by Application list view, click Sync Queues To View Job.
5. On the Sync Queues to View Job page, in the top right corner, click > .
