Synchronizing SFDC Queues With Max
To synchronize SFDC queues with Max:
1. In Salesforce, on the Setup page, in the Administration Setup area, click Queues, and then click New and specify the options and users you want to include.
2. Create a Work Order and assign it to the owner of the newly created queue, and then sync the queue to Max.
3. In Max Admin, on the System Management (
) launchpad menu, click System Jobs. and then in the Jobs by Application list view, click Sync Queues To View Job.
